Never Diet Again - Intuitive Eating and Nutrition Program

 

To review the research on Intuitive Eating (IE) you can go to https://www.intuitiveeating.org/resources/studies/.

This IE program consists of 8 weekly or bi-weekly (client preference) 1 hr. private individual or group session. (If the participant would like to do less or more than 8 session, this can be arranged).

Each session can be facilitated in person or via video conference sessions.

Each session will include information and self-assessments on specific Intuitive Eating and Nutrition principles such as:

  • Rejecting the Diet Mentality

  • Making Peace with Food

  • Honoring Hunger/Fullness

  • Coping with Emotions Effectively

  • Respecting Your Body

  • Education on simple and complex carbohydrates, protein, and fats.

More Than a Body

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, National Institute of Health, Mayo Clinic, Center for Disease Control, American Council on Exercise and American College of Sports Medicine.

Zoom will be used for all video sessions (www.zoom.us) which can be downloaded for free in a few minutes for free on your laptop or tablet.

Confidentiality: All conversations between a client and coach will be strictly confidential and will follow the privacy laws given through the HIPPA health information policies.

​Program cost is $300 for an eight session program (if the participant would like to do less or more than 8 session, this can be arranged). Each participant is required to provide payment in full by the 2nd session.
